Hi Jim!!
You could purchase a headphone amp. You could then plug all of your headphones
into that. You
would then plug the headphone amp into one of the Aux's on your Mackie 1202
mixer. I have a very
reasonably priced Berenger headphone amp here. I can plug in 4 headsets. You
can get ones with
more headset sockets than that. I have scene ones with 8 inputs.
