Is this something that happens with window eyes? Because I have the bookport on the laptop that I download web braille books on, and I don't experience the problems that Richard experiences locating the pledge page when I click on a book or volume link. I use Jaws. And if I choose the option that lets me open the file instead of saving it, it opens it on word pad.

Howard and others - Well, this gets interestinger and interestinger--when I actually looked atmy Folder Options in Control Panel, guess what was associated with both .brfand .brl file types? You got it if you guessed Bookport Transfer. Apparently, installing this does change the action that takes place when ENTER is pressed on one of the volume links for a book at the Web-Braille site. -----Original Message----- From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Howard Kaufman Sent: Friday, December 14, 2007 10:48 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Re: web braille Walt, they didn't change the action, you did!
