At least here on every computer I have tried, to download a .brf or .brl file, which are the Braille extentions, those types of files need to be associated with a program. you don't actually need to use that program to open them, but with out associating those file types with a program, the computer will display rather than download the file when you press enter on it's name. You might be able to get around this by using the application or context key as it is called. It's the same as the right mouse click so it has three names actually. Anyway after associating the file extentions with a program when you press the enter key on a link to a volume, and answer Yes to the dialog message, you can download the file like any other file you download from your web browzer. Do i the association steps once, and you are done, until you buy a new computer. You can simplify this process greatly if you own k1000, I can't imagine that the new Openbook won't do it either. I haven't seen that though.

Try this link.

It is very simple to download files from Web Braille to the computer and then to transfer them to the Bookport. I do it all the time.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back from captivity.
