There is a link to the pledge for PC's. Perhaps you went to the one for notetakers? I use Jaws, but I am assuming Wineyes will read the pledge just fine.

If you accessed the magazines through the catalog, clicking on the link for the desired reading material would take you either to the form where you write your username and password if you haven't logged in, or to the agreement that you have to check before getting the file if you were logged in.
