Well, I downloaded Inimitable and found the following, using Kurzweil: 
The
Brf file actually started the text on the same page that contained 
part of
the contents and had no page numbers.  The daisy file, again on 
Kurzweil,
also had no page numbers, but using the contents and fooling around a 
bit I
found a page the number of which I was certain, indicated that page as
definite, and from that point on I was able to ascertain the exact 
page
numbers.  Every book is a Rosetta Stone.
