Children, children, play nice now. OK? <smiling> Nobody's doubting your usefulness or your skills as a volunteer, Jamie. We all love you. Ali, you may want to cut back a mite on the sarcasm. It can be misinterpreted, especially if you don't put in any smiles or frowns or anything.
It is totally frustrating when you want to do something and are blocked by computer glitches. Witness today when I was minding my own business, listening to a webinar. All of a sudden the power went out, boom! No warning, no storm, no ice, no wind, nothing, just boom! I was about to have a hissy fit, but it came back on quickly.
