Hi Scott,
I applaud your ability to express a dissenting view in such a reasonable
way.
It may be necessary for Bookshare to set up a system in which customers can
choose a stripped or nonstripped version of the book, depending on their
purposes for it. If this is true, no wonder Bookshare is dragging its
electronic feet--this will require some specific planning and organization
by people whose hands are about as full as they can get.
