Thanks to everyone for your help with the cookbooks. I'm going to write out
the word cup. I think it will work better for both Braille and speech users.
I don't like using the letters t and T in recipes, so I always change those
when I scan. I didn't know about the degree symbol. I'm using Kurzweil to
scan and proofread. I'll make sure to fix the degree symbol before
submitting. Thanks for all of the great ideas.
