If you get a lot of hits in a search engine when putting in somebody's name and one of them is from a blindness-related place related to blind people that will help you narrow down the results.
So if I get lots of hits for John Smith and one of them is from a blindness related organization, I may write John and ask him if he submitted such and such a book to bookshare.
I have not done this by the way.I have not emailed anyone directly who does not give an email when submitting. I have occasionally asked staff to pass along my email to somebody I want to contact and they have been willing to do that.
