Often page numbers don't begin to appear until the book chapters have begun,
starting as page 100, 12 or taking into account how many preliminary pages

Hi Cindy,
Actually, this book is more like a biography I guess. Although, after checking out the book more in depth, it does appear the page numbers begin to show up eventually. Very strange indeed though that they would be non-existent for a while, then just randomly begin to show up. :)
