I'm doing some development work for Benetech, and I know that they are
considering replacing the Bookshare braille translator. The new
translator will put in blank lines where there required by braille
codes. It will, however, depend on word processors being used
correctly, that is, with their style sheets, rather than trying to
format things manually.
