I'm sorry if you are offended.
It was an attempt at humour, and by the way the Catholicism does NOT have a
monopoly on "Confession".
If you note in her question she said "Which form is the correct title for a
document which outlines what was learned during a PROJECT" and I simply
explained that it is part of the jargon that belongs to the dicipline of
project management.
So that is what she meant, and my response was made reference to the context
in which she asked.
As for my little attempt at humour, the deliverable from the process, i.e.
the report to which she refers, is in fact a communication from the project
team to the project sponsor, via the project manager and since many projects
go off the rails, many such documents list all of the "things that we have
done which we should not have done"
