Hi Ilana,
Me not an expert but I think Lessons Learnt is obsolete....unless someone wants to give the sentence a taste of 'once upon a time'.

Hi all you grammar experts,
Which form is the correct title for a document which outlines what was learned during a project - Lessons Learnt or Lessons Learned? I am leaning towards Lessons Learned but I have seen both terms used in different documents. I would like to hear what the "experts" have to say.
