It is clearly faulty. (NaN = Not a Number. The
Offset drift value is not a valid floating point number.)
If you are able, return it to the manufacturer.

[In principle it would be possible to compute a compensation value,
 but you would need a temperature controlled test environment, and
 various special commands to read the offset values, and then write
 the result.]
