Firstly regarding the testing, you only referred to having tested with Jaws, for the benefit of those with other access technology solutions , do you know if the tests were done by users of other screen Access technology such as HAL, Supernova, NVDA and System Access? Secondly, do you know where I can find information on the roll out of the system you are referring to, as I have had to set up and modify online payments from my Lloyds account in the last six months and although I remember needing to set up some kind of private security number, which I had to make up myself, I don't remember the process as being quite as difficult as the process described by people in this thread, so has yet another process been introduced for Online customers recently?
