No, it isn't.  The other file is just the 1.1 boot loader.  You will notice
it is quite a bit smaller.  Don't do it.

Hi Jackie.

The 1.1 firmware is bundled with the 2.0 download, if you look in the 
archive there are two binary files, one of which is the 1.1 firmware.  It 
should be obvious but if you need me to I can send it to you.  Upgrade or 
should I say downgrade procedure is exactly the same.
