Hi Ari,

I think the best would be to send the machine back to us. I wrote you
off list with all the details.
Best wishes, Madleen

Subject: [access-uk] BookSense Problem

Hi all
This is a rather odd problem, and I'm not sure how to solve it. My mom
bought me a Book Sense from the RNIB for Christmas, it has firmware 1.1
on
it. Now, I followed the correct link Steve sent us to download 2.0. I
unzipped both the .bin files for the Booksense without the radio, which
is
the version I have. I put them in the root of the SD card and followed
all
the instructions to upgrade. The booksense says it's upgrading the
firmware,
I wait and hear the musical chyme that it makes when it switches on
again, I
get no error message, but the firmware is still version 1.1, it doesn't
want
to upgrade, and I still have these annoying bookshare and nls folders.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Ari
