All this has caused me to wonder what would happen if you updated a booksense which originally had the American firmware with the Uk firmware.

Steve, if you do update it for Ari, I would be interested in how you get on
as it's bugging me!! (smile).

Kind Regards,

Hi Ari,

No, I don't have 1.1 any more, but I am absolutely sure that is not the
problem. It sounds like you have the wrong version in the root of the SD
drive.

The only thing I can offer you is if you want to send it to us with 10
pounds for carriage, I'll upgrade it for you.

Al the best

Steve

Hi Steve
I have the standard booksense, not the xt one, so no mistake there. I was
wondering where I could get 1.1 firmware to try re-installing that if
possible, maybe somehow there's something wrong why it won't upgrade. Have
you got 1.1 firmware as a download? I must say unfortunately the Hims site
is really useless, no firmware or anything. This is what is frustrating me,
it's just ilogical why its doing this, because the only thing I have on my
sd card when trying to upgrade are the two .bin files in the E:\ root
directory, and they are for the correct version of the bs.
