Hi Steve

Is the restore settings facility just a way to recall the settings you have
made within the BS, for example, volume, pitch, speed etc? Or is it a
complete restore of everything?

I believe Ari has the standard model, so I don't think he is getting his
drive letter confused. It's an odd one if he is doing as we did to update
the firmware.

Kind Regards,

Hi Jackie,

You don't get restore settings until Firmware 2.0, so that wouldn't help
him.

All the best

Steve

Hi Ari

Have you used the Restore Settings option in the Advanced Options menu? As
I haven't experienced this problem, I'm having to guess here, and wondering
if the Restore Settings is simply that, restoration of settings you have
chosen on the BookSense rather than actually putting it back to factory
default.

I'm in the office on Monday, and will see what I can find out for you.

Kind Regards,

Hey Jackie
From where can I get the original firmware? I only got 3 audio cds and a cd
with text manuals. When I find one I'll also try another card.
