Good idea! I managed to talk to someone as I said in a previous message, they 
promised I would have the scratch and read version within 5 working days and 
the Braille version very soon after that. Will let you know what happens.

  I still haven't got my urgent replacement and won't hold my breath for the

  I am beginning to think that maybe "In Touch" should carry a feature about 
accessibility of bank accounts etc ... so may talk to them.
