Hi Eleanor,

Amro's method is actually better than Clive's because if you set all your
defaults, then the phone won't ask you.  For example, if you set the default
for text messaging in Rosie's contact to mobile, the phone won't ask you, it
will just get on with it.  Likewise, if you set the Email default to her
Email address, when you send an Email, it just happens.

I have to think about that one.  I still want their mobile phone numbers 
etc.  I am going to think about it though and will get back to you if
