Hi Jim

I haven't got round to doing it thanks, and if that's your experience I
might well not bother (lol).  Besides, I hardly ever use the ring-back
facility, but I thought it was useful to know because Ian has been known to
use it, and if we are entitled to it, then fine.  But if I'm going to get
the run-around, I'll not bother.  I've had enough of that from someone else
today already (smile).
