[wisb] Kittiwake "update"

With the bad weather today causing some of the major highways to be
occasionally closed, there have been no further reports of the kittiwake. It
was last seen mid morning yesterday, with no further sightings the rest of
Monday, plus apparently none today (as indicated by a lack of posts).
With the strong winds, blowing snow, and very cold wind chills, it probably is
not worth trying for the bird tomorrow. (One wonders if the gulls were still
gathering today with the bad weather conditions.)
