Hmm, now that you mention it, I guess I should probably bring it online from time to time to synch it. Because, I have added an account or two since creating the backup DC, I'd say. Myself, I'm sort of mirroring the dept setup with DCs, AD and software deployments (most notably servicepacks and new office versions) before I roll them out IRL at the dept.
