It depends on how it is setup. If you go into SQL Enterprise Manager, do you have any database maintenance plans? If so, change the backup device there.....if not, it's probably running as a SQL Server Agent job, and can be pointing to a permanent or temporary backup device. If it's a permanent device, you can find those listed in Enterprise Manager and change the path. If it's temporary, you have to change the backup T-SQL to point to the new location..... Let me know if you need help changing these (or finding out which method you are using).
