Aaron,
Under NT the sysadmin and possibly superusers can make changes to
users/groups on the server. Under Win2kPro the user can make local changes
to his workstation but sysadmin has to make them on the server for global
users/groups. You do not want users that are not properly
trained/skilled/experienced/trusted making any changes to the
server/users/groups...I feel this is not good administration...
They will just have to deal with coming to you for the changes necessary.
Besides if the groups have been properly set up you can use AD (Win2kserver)
to control the forest from the trees, so to speak.
