I'm not aware of an employer having ever asked for permission to conduct drug
tests in a one-stop in Illinois. There's a legal opinion from 1994, concluding
the Illinois Employment Service could distribute job applications that included
 a drug-test consent form.

Has anyone dealt with the question of allowing employers to conduct drug
tests at One-Stops? If so, does anyone have any policies or procedures
on this issue? Any indemnification agreements?
