A workaround is to add the .inf files to the "package" project. Then StampInf
and Inf2Cat get run as they should, and the .inf and .cat are added to the
output directory.

Once I got past that, I noticed that none of the APOs or APO UI are working.

The workaround for that is to open tabletaudiosample.inf and replace every
instance of 0x0002000 with 0x00020000

There are four such instances.
