You can upgrade to Windows 10 completely accessibly. I did it, Juan
did it, Can did it and was my inspiration for doing it, it's all good.

I'm a little more annoyed by the thought of
upgrading to Windows 10 here, if I absolutely must. (sigh)
Most of that is just the fact that I don't have
computer literate eyeballs around if speech goes
away during the upgrade process. Anybody else in
this predicament want to talk strategies for
smooth Win7 to Win10 upgrades on Roger?

HSC is usually the culpret here, but Im not
sure that they are even HSC function calls. It
isnt the Samplitude script code though. Im
seriously considering bringing out a Jaws only
download to go alongside an integrated version,
for folks who dont need HSC. Steve.

By way of clarification, Im running JFW 15 and
I have not done the hot fix because I seem to
get around the unknown function calls by simply
telling JAWS to shut up. Ill deal with it all
when the next version comes out. My thought is,
if its only moderately broke, dont mess with
it once youve got it to work well enough.

Actually with jaws 16 you shouldnt have any

definitely recommend 17 or 18. But if you keep

Liu,
what is your Jaws version? I got this with Jaws 14 but not with 18 anymore.
I'm on window 7 64 bits.
cheers,

few, been at this for three days, things are
looking good, last problem I encountered was
that samplitude when I press y to do the ins file thing took jaws away
there should be an additional step for persons
doing this alone, telling them to send jaws to
another soundcard before trying to press y to
open the ins file diologue. I thought that
samplitude kept crashing on me, I had already
typed out half the instructions of what I was
doing in an email to send here but then I took
a picture with my phone and sent it to someone
and they said that everything looked normal,
and then it hit me and I hooked up another
sound card to the system and routed jaws to it
and boom now I have everything up and running, just reinstalling plugins
now.
so excited.

240gb ssd for programs 1tb wd black performance drive for samples
well, I downloaded the trial and Im putting
in my serial for offline activation on my studio system.
however, Im not sure where Im going rong, I
click on activate with serial number.
and it just takes me back to the serial number field.
is it that I didnt put in the numbers
correctly? this window isnt moving and it
keeps going back to the edit field after Ive typed in the numbers.
how do I know when Ive put in the numbers
correctly, they say not to put in the dashes and I didnt.
can anyone verify for me if its supposed to be
30 digits or whats going on here?
thanks.
