I am not sure I understand what you're saying when you say that you need to
add controls. Are you referring to access to the affects and wave shaper orb
ECT?

Can someone share the dropbox folder with me so that I can check out the

One of the things I bought from the guy who sells under the name of
"The Unfinished" delivered a set of patches in a file with the
.Omnisphere extension. Here's what the included documentation says
regarding its installation:

You can use the new ".omnisphere" files to load the soundset. On
Omnisphere's GUI, click on the Utility dropdown box and you should see
'Install .omnisphere'. Locate
the .omnisphere files and Omnisphere should automagically load
Pangaea. Sometimes you may need to click on the 'refresh database'
icon at the bottom of the GUI screen - this icon looks like a circular
arrow. If you still can't see it after this you will need to either
open a new instance of Omnisphere to see the library added. You may
even need to close your DAW and then open a new instance. But most of
the time, simply refreshing the database will do the
trick.

No. It's just something required to install some Omnisphere patches.
Instead of being delivered as individual files which get dropped into
a directory, they have to be installed by a built-in part of
Omnisphere, and that requires sighted assistance since there is no
access to it in version 2.3.
