Upgrading Omnisphere is a superb thing to do. The rendering engine is
all new, the interface certainly is, but while that's all very cool
and slick and nice, as long as the plugin and access methods work in
Sonar, they should work equally well in Samplitude, although the
spots in the HSC's will probably have to be moved, and I suspect Steve
"Sax Man" Spamer won't be doing any maintenance on Omnisphere version
1 any time soon without some serious remuneration on the part of
anyone who still uses it.
