Oh no, it's absolutely true DAW's sound different, and someone with a
clogged Eustachean tube and pretty badly beat-up ears from years in
loud New York City subways and corporate data centers where fans blow
constantly and never get shut off is telling you this. To me, the
difference is not striking, but it's noticeable enough between Sonar
and Samplitude, so if it's noticeable to me, think what it is to
someone whose ears work properly!

accessibility in Windows 10 even without the Windows classic theme?
