Sean, I don't know the short-cut key for turning paragraph markers off but if
you go into Word, go to "options" and then "display", tab across 5 times and
uncheck the "space" and tab to the 6th one and uncheck the "paragraph marks". I
hope this is of help. On my PC I do alt and F and then down to options but I
don't know if it is the same on your PC.
