Hi Brian,

The below will get you started. I will post more when I think of them.

1. In the "view menu", do the following:
*. Arrow down to reading pain and right arrow in here. Up arrow to off and
press enter. This turns off the reading pain.
*. Arrow down to the To Do sub menu, right arrow in here and up arrow to Off
then press enter key.
*. Arrow down to toolbars and right arrow in here. Make sure that only the
format and status bars are checked.
*. In view menu, right arrow into current view and press letter W to turn
off the showing of date headings over the various groups of emails in your
Inbox etc. Well I do this as I find it annoying.

2. Go into the "Tools menu" and do the following:
*. Arrow down to "trust center" and press enter. In here, press the up arrow
to "email security" and then tab over a total of "9" times. Here check the
box for show emails in plain text then tab key once more and also check this
box, show digitally signed emails in plain text. Tab to ok and press
spacebar.
Good luck,

Paul.
