Indeed vincent, but it also depends on what view Irene has set and if she has it set to go directly to her Inbox. ----- Original Message ----- From: <vts@xxxxxxxxxx>

hello irene

normally when you go into outlook you start in your inbox. to get to your other folders like sent or out box and deleted items you should press shift and tab. this will bring you to your list of folders just down arrow and you should hear your other folders. when you find the one you want just tab once to get into it. if you want to delete one message in a folder just press the delete key next to your insert key. to delete all the messages in a folder press control and the letter a and then press your delete key. hope this helps.

regards
Vincent

Hi,

I have been messing about and have got a wee step further! I pressed the
applications key and up arrowed to where it says move to folder and, hey
presto, there are my folders. So my question now is how to delete sent and
deleted items. Is it control d for each item or will that delete all the
items in the folder?

Many thanks again.

Irene.

Hi Paul,

Many thanks for your help. I have had a look right through the list but
can't see anything which tells me how to go to the deleted or sent items
folders. I am using outlook 2003.

Irene.
