hi paul,
i up dated yesterday and there is still no voice coming on, i followed your instructions you gave in the email to tony hitting the insert f11 and it says your system is secured. how can i check that i up dated correctly yesterday? knowing me goodness knows what i've done.

Hi Tony,
While on the desktop press keys "insert + F11" and from the resulting list 
of icons that come up, arrow down to see if you have an icon which states
something like this; Avast, your system is fully protected. If you hear
anything different being reported from that avast icon then you most likely 
need to update your copy of avast. Here is a direct download link for the
latest version.

Make sure that the link on the above line isn't wrapped onto a second line 
as this will make the link useless if you try to download from it.

I don't hear now that Avast female or male voice letting me know that Avast 
has updated!

I hear though Jaws reading 'Avast Information'!

Now does that mean that things are still alright or should I be concerned
that Avast is not fully updating and such?
