Hi you could try the following do it twice once where you know the wireless network is working, and once where you know the wireless network is not working. 1 Press the Windows key and the letter R together 2 you will get the run box coming up on screen 3 type command then press enter or tab to the ok butten 4 you will get a black screen on screen Jaws will say c:\ windows or something like that. 5 type ipconfig >>c:\file.txt 6 attach this file to an email and send it to me.
