Hi Paul,

 

Try this,

 

When in excel, press keys, "control + letter G". When the go dialogue comes
up, type in the following for example; 

A2:a7

And then press the enter key. Now you have this range of cells selected. Now
repeat the above process again and type in a different range of cells you
wish to accept and you have your selections made.

hi folks

in excel i want to select a range of cells, say from a2 to a7 and i also
want to select the range c5 to c10 , in other words without doing anything
to the b column.

any help on this action?
