Actually Diane, Bristol is slowly losing her vision. She was pretty blind
between March 2006 and August of that same year. We have gotten the
majority of her sight back and are now fighting the cataracts. I wondered
how much her vision loss played a part in the slowness of her picking up the
clicker.

That is the way I feel about Bristol. She didn't ever get too many leash
corrections because she never dared do anything undesirable, but I regret
the few I have given her over the years and am working hard to try and at
least get
her to lighten up a bit. Slow is fast, and all that.

Thanks for your understanding. I love my old dog!
