[THIN] Re: ica fails to launch

On at least one client I did re-install and it did nothing.  I was still
getting the same result.  I have a user emailing me a copy of the ICA file
that is doing nothing and I will look to see if It appears out of whack.
I will try having the user re-install again to be sure though.
