I have a few users now complaining that when they try to connect they click on the link in the WI and nothing happens. I have had them try to right-click on the link and open it in a new window and again it never even attempts to connect. Troubleshooting further I had the user right-click, and save the ICA file to their desktop. When they double-clicked onthe ICA file it again did nothing, it didnt open in notepad, or attempt to connect or appear to do anything at all. I seem to remember that some kind of spyware / malware program had this affect. Was it Gator or something? Anyway I cannot find anything on this paticular issue at the moment. The users are running Windows XP with the latest 10 or 10.1 Web client.
