Thank you and I will certainly check into that. But I just don't understand why if I am logged on to the console as the local admin on the citrix server, with no folder redirection, or home drive or anything like that, when I run the install for mcafee, why it fails and says "invalid drive H: error 1327". why the heck is it trying to do anything with H: at all at that point??? where is it getting that from? The only thing I can think is that it is from a previously failed installation and is hanging around in the registry somewhere. i have contacted mcafee on this and they had me going through the registry to try and remove all references for mcafee to H: and i did that for several hours with them, but still no luck???? finally they said that they won't help me anymore unless i can reproduce the issue on a physical machine. i really don't think this has anything to do with ESX, but don't get me started on that...
