I believe Citrix has a hotfix that addresses spooler issues. I had a
similar problem and that fixed it.

We have a Win2k TS server with Citrix XP1 FR3. For some reason
the spooler service is continuelly shutting down. Has anyone seen this
before? I don't see any errors in the eventvwr that would be causing
this.
