I had this happen to me the other day on a Windows 2003 box with FR3. I
had to actually reboot twice for it to stop terminating.

We have a Win2k TS server with Citrix XP1 FR3. For some reason the
spooler
service is continuelly shutting down. Has anyone seen this before? I
don't
see any errors in the eventvwr that would be causing this.
