This issue has cropped up a quite few times now on this forum and should be
considered a
mandatory FR3 update if using the UPD II.
Have you got the following hotfix ?
Assuming you havent ... im sure it will correct your issue.

We have a Win2k TS server with Citrix XP1 FR3. For some reason the spooler
service is continuelly shutting down. Has anyone seen this before? I don't see
any errors in the eventvwr that would be causing this.
