So - lemme get this straight... You appear to take offence because I point out something that you said wasn't possible, actually is - no point in getting upset with me, it's not my fault you got the wrong impression. Then will only take any credence from it, if I claim to be using it in a production environment??? Which bit of "I don't actually use flex profiles for my users" was unclear? Just because I don't have any current need to use something in production, doesn't mean that I haven't been looking at, playing with, or have trialled using such things in the past - which is why I actually realised you were spouting nadds when you said that flex profiles couldn't deal with files / folders. I've had a tinker with each version of the flex profile kit that's been available. Is that only authoritative if I make claims to using it in production??? Sheesh... there's simply no helping some people. Fine - do what you like with your profiles, why should I care? I mean you've said so much to endear me. I only contributed to a) refute rubbish about flex profiles, so that other list members wouldn't get the wrong end of the stick - like you apparently did, and b) because I was absolutely baffled at the criticism levelled at the flex / hybrid profile model. Also, please imagine the word "applicable" > instead of "flexible" in my original email if that helps. *********************************************** This e-mail and its attachments are confidential and are intended for the above named recipient only.
