Corné,

What hardware platform are you running on? We're having similar issues with 
some of our Dell 2650 servers. We think it's a hardware (motherboard or power 
supply) issue, though we're trying to escalate this Dell to get a definitive 
answer, and it's a slow process at the moment.

I've seen this one a little to often:
a "0x7f (0x08, ...)"-error points to a "double fault" in a kernel-mode driver. 
Either the driver is not stable or the hardware is broken.
