A good place to start is to make sure your STA lists match up in Web Interface and Secure Gateway ----- Original Message ---- From: Jason Patten <jasoncitrix@xxxxxxxxx> To: thin <thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, May 30, 2007 5:10:17 PM Subject: [THIN] SSL errors We have a PS4.0 farm running W2K3 servers using CSG and web interface as the sole access. There are 2 load balanced CSG machines in the DMZ which talk to the server farm behind a fiewall. For the past few days, users (and IT here), are getting "THE SSL server you have contacted is not accepting connection" errors. After 2-5 attempts in most cases the session will connect and work normally. I have not been able to track down the problem so far.In the CSG settings we have 5 servers listed for the CSG machine to connect to over the XML port. We are running very close to capacity on the 2 CSG machines and should be bringing 2 more up shortly tho help with load. But this error is still occurring early in the morning before we hit peak loads. I am trying to track this down but haven't been able to. Anyone have any ideas?
