Hybrid Profiles or Flex profiles. My current average with a flex
profile and a domain logon (without any HUGE scripts running at logon)
is about 13-15 seconds from Click to usable application for first login.

I run 5 Citrix servers, we have a main file/print server that holds the
active
directory. On the main file server we hold the
user profiles. When a user logs on to the citrix farm their profile is
copied
from the file server to the citrix server. Besides controlling the
profile size
does anybody do this different to reduce the delay for the users when
logging
on and off?
