I have win2k sp4 XP2.0 Fr2

I run 5 Citrix servers, we have a main file/print server that holds the active
directory. On the main file server we hold the
user profiles. When a user logs on to the citrix farm their profile is copied
from the file server to the citrix server. Besides controlling the profile size
does anybody do this different to reduce the delay for the users when logging
on and off?
